Kathleen was an absolute rockstar realtor during our relocation to Charlottesville! Even though she was our realtor, it felt more like she was our coach playing offense and defense, cheering us along, and guiding us to what is now our beautiful home! Buying and selling were more of an emotional undertaking than I anticipated, but Kathleen was able to keep our eyes forward and hearts set on what we wanted from the very beginning. I believe we had more curveballs thrown at us than the average buyer and seller but Kathleen got us through with pure confidence and did not hesitate to make sure she had every piece of information necessary in order for us to make those stressful decisions.
