About Kathleen

Trained and licensed as a pharmacist, I am extremely analytical and detail-oriented, and I aspire to be your trusted resource in terms of real estate needs. I am an accredited Buyer's Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I've also earned certifications as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource and Pricing Strategy Advisor. Over the course of the 25 years I've lived in Keswick, VA, I've developed many relationships and resources that help me prepare and stage your home so it shows well and receives maximum offers. On the buyer side, I work with buyers of all ages and income levels and work extremely hard to make sure you win the home of your dreams without overpaying, and that the terms are favorable. I have had many first-time home buyers tell me that I have made buying a home as stress-free and smooth as possible!  I recognize that a home sale or purchase is a very significant event for most everyone, so selecting me as your agent is a sign of trust. On a personal note, my hobbies include tennis, wine, socializing with friends...and the love of all things Saint Bernards!
